1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Studio, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

Studio is intended for professional and commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Account access is plan-dependent:

• Essential Plan: Single user only
• Advanced Plan: Up to 4 users per team
• Ultimate Plan: Up to 10 users per team

You’re responsible for all activity occurring under your account and ensuring compliance with these Terms by anyone accessing Studio through your account.

3. Service Overview and Usage

Studio allows users to generate AI-enhanced apparel photoshoots using either on-model or flatlay inputs. Flatlay inputs can include front and back views of garments and allow full customization of models, backgrounds, and poses. On-model inputs are suitable for refreshing existing catalog visuals. Advanced and Ultimate plan users can also create their own AI models.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all content uploaded to the platform. This includes ensuring that:

• You have the right to upload the images you use
• You do not upload NSFW, offensive, or infringing content

Ayna is an AI-based content generation platform. While we provide tools to help you create professional outputs, we are not liable for user-generated content or any legal consequences arising from misuse.

5. Credit Plans, Payments & Refunds

We offer multiple plans with credit-based pricing. Each photoshoot image costs 10 credits. Credits never expire. Payment gateways support UPI, digital wallets, and cards in India, and international cards abroad. GST numbers can be entered for tax rebates (for Indian users).

We offer a free trial of 50 credits to allow users to evaluate the platform. Since payments are made after this trial phase with clear expectations about the product quality and performance, we do not offer refunds, regardless of whether credits are partially or fully used.

Subscription cancellations mid-cycle do not result in prorated refunds.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain full rights to the AI-generated images you create on Studio, including for use across e-commerce and marketing platforms.

However, the models, backgrounds, and poses used within the platform — collectively referred to as our Asset Library — remain the intellectual property of Ayna AI Pvt. Ltd.

7. AI Disclaimer and Output Limitations

Studio uses proprietary AI models to generate outputs. While we strive to deliver studio-quality, customizable images, results may vary depending on the input quality and model capabilities.

Generated images may not always meet your creative expectations or reflect real-life draping and fabric behavior (especially for garments like sarees, dhotis, or unstitched clothing). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in resemblance or realism.

8. Custom Models & Exclusivity

Advanced and Ultimate plan users may create custom AI models using the “Create Model” feature. These custom models are exclusive to the user who created them and cannot be generated or accessed by other users.

9. Image Storage, Download & Retention

Users can download all generated and edited images, and upscale, crop, or extend them as needed. Your content — including uploads, photoshoots, and custom models — is stored on the platform unless deleted by you.

10. Revisions & Edit Policy

Depending on your plan, you’re entitled to the following edit allowances per image:

• Essential Plan: 1 edit (3 working days)
• Advanced Plan: 2 edits (2 working days)
• Ultimate Plan: 3 edits (1 working day)

11. Platform Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide a seamless and always-accessible experience. In case of scheduled downtime or major updates, we notify users in advance via email or in-app notices.

12. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or act in a way that compromises the integrity, safety, or experience of other users.

13. Limitation of Liability

Ayna is not liable for any damages arising from:

• User-uploaded content or misuse of the platform
• Output dissatisfaction due to AI limitations
• Downtime, bugs, or technical failures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for their current active subscription period, whether monthly or annual, at the time the issue occurred.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
